Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale contractually govern the commercial relations between SASU ODAM and the client of the wellfur.com site.
The customer declares to have read the following provisions before ordering products. By choosing to buy products on wellfur.com, the customer expressly accepts the terms set out below.
In the event of contradiction between these general conditions of sale and any other document appearing on the site, including quality charter or equivalent document, these general conditions prevail.

2. Price
The prices displayed on the wellfur.com site are expressed in Euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in shipping costs.

5. Availability of products
Our product offers are offered while stocks last.
For products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.
In this context, indications on the availability of products are provided to you at the time of placing your order. This information is only indicative because it comes directly from our suppliers. Exceptional errors or modifications are beyond our control.

6. Delivery and delivery rates
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer by carriers selected by SASU ODAL. Delivery times are 48 to 72 hours after shipment of the package. Between the order and the shipment, the preparation of the package adds a period of 48h to 72h depending on the time of receipt of the order. Orders are only released after receipt of payment.

In case of repeated absence of the customer during delivery or non-withdrawal by the customer of packages left available at the post office, the cost of returning products to SASU ODAM are the responsibility of the customer. A possible delay in delivery does not entitle SASU ODAM to damages.
Wellfur.com is released from its obligation to deliver in the event of force majeure such as war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents, state of natural disaster and the impossibility of supply from a supplier.
The customer is required to check the good condition of the package upon delivery. In case of missing or damaged items, the customer must make reservations to the carrier. These reservations are to be entered on the delivery note.

7. Payment methods
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. This price is indicated on the order confirmation sent to the customer by wellfur.com

9. Liability

10. Applicable law and Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute over its interpretation and / or execution, the Paris court will have sole jurisdiction.
The client and SASU ODAM will always favor an amicable solution before any legal action.
